Dr. Sridhar Eswaran is a board certified periodontist. He specializes in the treatment of gum/periodontal disease, bone grafting and placement of dental implants.
Dr. Eswaran received his dental degree from Dr MGR Medical University, India in 2001. Upon completion of his dental degree he sought more advanced research training in the felid of Oral Biology at Stony Brook University, New York, where he studied the link between gum disease and heart disease. His work is well recognized and has been presented in various national as well as international conferences.
After completing his Master’s degree in NY, he pursued his passion and completed his specialty certification in Periodontics at the University of Texas at Houston. He is currently an assistant professor at University of Texas at Houston, where he trains the students in non-surgical & surgical periodontal treatment as well dental implant surgery.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, International Congress of Oral Implantology and American Dental Education Association.
